Safe Hunt, LLC respects the privacy of Safe Hunt Pro users. We do not knowingly sell personal information. We disclose information only as described in this Policy, including where necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service, support users, comply with law, or protect safety.

Location awareness and sharing are central Safe Hunt Pro features. Users should understand how location information is used before enabling these features.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and definitions

Capitalized words have the meanings below whether used in singular or plural.

Account

A unique account created for you to access the Service or parts of it.

Application

The Safe Hunt Pro software provided by Safe Hunt, LLC and downloaded to a supported electronic device.

Company

Safe Hunt, LLC, also referred to as “Safe Hunt Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

Country

The United States.

Cookies

Small files placed on a computer, mobile device, or other device that may store browsing or preference information.

Device

A device capable of accessing the Service, including a computer, phone, or tablet.

Personal Data

Information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

Service

The Safe Hunt Pro mobile application and SafeHuntPro.app website.

Service Provider

A person or company that processes information for Safe Hunt, LLC or helps us operate, analyze, support, secure, or improve the Service.

Usage Data

Data collected automatically from use of the Service or its infrastructure, such as page-visit duration or diagnostic information.

You

The individual using the Service, or an entity on whose behalf that individual acts.

Information we collect

Personal Data you provide

Depending on the features you use, we may ask for information that can identify or contact you, including:

• Email address;
• First and last name;
• Phone number;
• Address, city, state, province, and ZIP or postal code;
• Account, profile, review, social-feed, and support-request information.

Usage Data

Usage Data may be collected automatically and can include IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, visit date and time, time spent, unique device identifiers, and diagnostic data.

When you use a mobile device, Usage Data may include the type of device, mobile-device identifier, device IP address, operating system, mobile browser type, unique identifiers, and other diagnostic information. We may also receive information your browser or device sends when accessing the Service.

Location information and nearby-user visibility

With your device permission, the Application may collect precise location information to provide mapping, nearby-user awareness, safety, and related outdoor features. Location information may be uploaded to Company-managed systems and processed using mapping and location-service providers to determine and display relevant positions.

Safe Hunt Pro may display a user’s location to other Safe Hunt Pro users within an approximately 0.5-mile map radius while the user is actively using the map feature. Users outside that radius are not intended to see that user’s map location through this feature. The Service does not automatically provide another user with profile information beyond what the user chooses to provide directly or indirectly through the Service.

You can enable or disable location access through device settings. Disabling location access will limit core functionality and may affect both your experience and nearby-user safety features.

Location information may be preserved or disclosed outside the application when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, prevent or investigate suspected criminal activity, protect users or the public, or assist law enforcement or emergency services when we reasonably believe a person is in danger.

Safe Hunt Pro is designed to enhance safety, not guarantee it. Location accuracy and availability may be affected by the device, permissions, signal, cellular coverage, satellite availability, terrain, weather, battery level, third-party services, or user conduct.

How we use Personal Data

We may use Personal Data to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and monitor the Service;
• Create and manage Accounts and provide account features;
• Perform purchase, subscription, or other contracts;
• Contact you through email, phone, SMS, push notification, or similar channels regarding updates, features, purchases, or security;
• Provide news, offers, and information about related products or services where permitted and unless you opt out;
• Respond to and manage requests;
• Evaluate or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, dissolution, sale, or transfer involving Company assets;
• Analyze usage, identify trends, evaluate promotions, and improve products, services, marketing, safety, and user experience;
• Enforce our Terms, prevent fraud or misuse, protect rights and safety, and comply with law.

When we disclose information

We may disclose Personal Data in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: To providers that help operate, host, secure, analyze, support, or improve the Service; process payments; provide maps or location functions; or communicate with users.
• Business transfers: In connection with negotiations or completion of a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or transfer of Company assets.
• Affiliates: To a parent, subsidiary, joint venture, or entity under common control, subject to this Policy.
• Business partners: To provide products, services, or promotions, as allowed by law.
• Other users and the public: Information you post or share in public or community areas—including reviews, social content, and profile information—may be viewed by other users and may be redistributed outside the Service.
• With your consent: For another purpose you authorize.
• Legal and safety reasons: To comply with legal obligations or valid requests; protect Company rights or property; prevent or investigate wrongdoing; protect users or the public; or protect against legal liability.

We do not knowingly sell Personal Data.

Retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, maintaining security, and enforcing agreements.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless needed to improve security or functionality or retained longer under a legal obligation.

International and interstate transfers

Information may be processed in Company operating locations and wherever Service Providers operate. Information may therefore be transferred to and maintained on systems outside your state, province, country, or other jurisdiction, where privacy laws may differ.

By submitting information and using the Service, you acknowledge these transfers. We take reasonable steps intended to ensure that Personal Data is handled securely and consistently with this Policy and use appropriate safeguards where required.

Business transactions and legal disclosure

If Safe Hunt, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or asset sale, Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Personal Data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy where required by law.

We may disclose Personal Data when required by law or valid legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, defend Company rights or property, investigate wrongdoing, protect users or the public, or protect against legal liability.

Login providers

Safe Hunt Pro may offer account creation with a Safe Hunt Pro user ID and password or sign-in through providers such as Apple, Google, or Facebook/Meta. When you choose a third-party sign-in option, that provider may process information under its own privacy policy and may share information needed to authenticate and operate your account.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect Personal Data. No method of online transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Service Providers may access Personal Data when necessary to perform services for us and may process information according to their applicable privacy terms and contractual obligations.

Analytics and service providers

We may use third-party providers to host the Service, provide mapping or location functions, process payments, deliver communications, and monitor or analyze usage. These providers may process information needed to perform their services.

Email marketing

Where permitted, we may use contact information to send newsletters, promotions, or information that may interest you. You may opt out through the unsubscribe instructions in a message or by emailing support@safehunt.app or Safehunt1@gmail.com. We may still send non-promotional account, safety, security, or transaction communications.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided Personal Data, contact us. If we learn that we collected a child’s Personal Data without valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Where a jurisdiction requires parental consent as the legal basis for processing a minor’s information, we may require verified parental consent before collecting or using that information.

Your choices and account deletion

You may manage certain information and permissions through the Application or device settings. You may disable location access, though doing so limits core features. You may also request access, correction, or deletion where available under applicable law.

The Service may link to websites not operated by Safe Hunt, LLC. Review the privacy policy of each third-party site you visit. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we may also provide notice by email or a prominent Service notice before a change takes effect. You should review this page periodically.
